Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of CustodialView, a white-labeled, real-time client portal platform for janitorial, commercial, and residential cleaning companies, operated by CustodialView ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using CustodialView, you agree to these Terms.
The service
CustodialView provides a branded web portal that lets a cleaning company communicate with its clients and manage its team: messaging, photo-verified time tracking, recurring scheduling, job estimating, and related tools. Each customer's portal and data run on their own separate, isolated project — customer data is not shared or commingled between accounts.
Accounts
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and PINs, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans and add-ons are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe, until canceled. Trial periods, where offered, convert to a paid subscription automatically unless canceled before the trial ends.
Text messaging (SMS) program terms
CustodialView offers an optional text alert feature for operational notifications (team clock-in/out, missed scheduled visits). By entering a phone number into the Text Alerts settings inside your account, you consent to receive text messages related to your own account's activity at that number.
- Message frequency varies based on your account's activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or remove the number from your Text Alerts settings.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or contact outreach@custodialview.com.
- Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use CustodialView to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit unlawful or harmful content, or attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of the platform.
Your content
You retain ownership of the data, photos, and messages you and your team submit through the platform ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display Customer Content solely to provide the service to you.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, we may delete Customer Content after a reasonable retention period.
Disclaimers
CustodialView is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CustodialView will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CustodialView after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
